Whilst the suspension kits are very well designed and manufactured there are no instructions giving hints and tips on how to use them when hanging the acoustic grid. For example the suspension wire pulls through easily but has a non-return mechanism. This mechanism can be released if required but there is nothing to explain it so one could be faced with having raised the grid too high in one corner and not knowing how to level it back down again.
